We
offer state-of-the-art, world-class Virtual Tours: the
finest examples of this art/technology available on the
market today.
Ted
Bridges, Director of Business Development
Holiday Inn
Rutland/Killington, Vermont
“While
I was the Innkeeper at The Cortina Inn and Resort in the
Killington area of Vermont, we developed a PDF-based
Interactive CD to promote our Wedding and Event
business. The embedded 360º Virtual Tours along with
the intelligent design of the overall piece,
dramatically impacted sales, effectively doubling our
revenues."
These are the real deal
(not video, slideshows, revolving stills or animations).
Longbotham’s Virtual Tours
offer a unique, brilliant 360º experience. By clicking
and dragging a mouse over
a Tour window, prospects can view an entire interior or
exterior area including the ceiling and floor.
Our
quick-loading Virtual Tours can be embedded in web pages, included in presentations and emailed as attachments.
Choose from Stand-Alone
Tours or Virtual Walk-Throughs, in which multiple rooms
or environments are connected
for ease of navigation.
Christopher Francis, Owner, Ye Olde England Inne
President of the Board of Trustees, Stowe Area Association, Stowe, VT
“We have enjoyed improved and measurable sales results since Longbotham linked the Virtual Tours to our existing website. The Tours load quickly and are an effective tool for potential guests who wish to view detailed images of the property before making a reservation."
Our
Virtual Tours are breathtakingly beautiful
and technically superior.
There are plenty
of people out there who retouch photos. Only a select
few can professionally retouch Virtual
Tours within the multiple layers of software it takes to
create the files. Our
highly sophisticated, color-correct Virtual Tours
exhibit impressive detail in both shadows and
highlights. Also, by
eliminating cords, vents, stains and other unsightly
objects, we can actually improve the appearance of
your existing environment.
Embedded
properly on a web page, our Virtual Tours are visible to
99.42% of browsers, according to July 2008 statistics
from The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Each QuickTime .mov
file is about 650k in size and offers a generous viewing
area of 500 pixels wide by 375
pixels deep. Custom sizes are available upon request.
Bill
Ackerman, Head of Retail, The Vermont Country Store
“The Vermont Country Store experience is so unique
that we had difficulty capturing the authentic look and
feel of our stores through static images and copy.
Longbotham hit the bulls-eye with their 360º Virtual
Tours! Today, we happily send visitors to our website,
knowing that they will come as close to a real
walk-through as is possible without stepping foot
inside."
When
you consider all the facts, Virtual Tours actually
cost far less than traditional photography.
When we quote
Virtual Tours, we include approximately one half-hour
on-site per tour, using natural lighting,
to acquire the shot. Once we know the exact location of
the tour, your people are not required to be
there while we work. We get what we need and then head
back to our office to process, build and retouch
your files.
Traditional
photographers usually need a longer stretch of time.
Hours of art direction or chaperoning by in-house
or agency staff as well as any necessary
photo-retouching can add huge layers of cost to the
project, making these
limited-view, flat images end up being far more
expensive than full-view Virtual Tours.
Lisa
Hagerty, Owner, Well Heeled in Stowe, Vermont
“Longbotham's Virtual Tour technology is truly
remarkable and is what compelled me to hire them
to create a mini-website for my home in Stowe.
The product they created showcases their
state-of-the-art technological skills as well as
their savvy marketing and tasteful and
appropriate design talent. I am thrilled with
what they produced and know it will be very
effective."
