The entire building is equipped with central air-conditioning.
A Colonial Inn, built in 1785, Isaiah Clark House is decorated with a lovely selection of period
furnishings. A few of our beautiful guest rooms offer canopy beds and fireplaces. 

Each guest room features:
~  King, queen or twin beds with luxurious linens ~
~ A large, spacious private bath with tub/shower combinations (with curved shower rods for extra elbow room and added comfort) and assorted toiletries ~
~ Cable television ~         ~ An alarm clock/radio ~         ~ Plush bathrobes ~
  
Common areas include:
~ Complimentary WiFi ~
~ A dining room with fireplace ~         ~ A large parlor with fireplace ~
~ An upstairs gathering room ~
~ A large dining deck overlooking the gardens, with shaded tables and chairs ~
~ Loungers and wicker furniture for your outside enjoyment ~
~ Manicured grounds bordered by pristine woodlands ~

There is a refrigerator, assorted glassware and accessories, hair dryers,
irons and an ironing board available for guest use.

For those of you with romance in your heart, the Innkeepers would be happy 
to arrange the surprise of your choice to be in your room upon arrival: 

~ A Gourmet Gift Basket
~ A bouquet of  long-stemmed roses
 ~ A gift certificate for a spa treatment or specific activity (whale-watching, etc.)
 ~ Gourmet chocolates
 ~ A special something provided by you (just send it to us in advance)

Isaiah Clark House Bed and Breakfast Inn Policies
Isaiah Clark House is a non-smoking property, does not allow pets and is an appropriate destination for children age 13 and older. The building and grounds have limited handicapped access. We are open March through November.

 Check-in: 3:00 - 7:00P.M.  -  Check-out: 11:00A.M.
 Rates are daily per room, double occupancy, and do not include 9.7% room tax. Personal checks and travelers checks are only accepted two months in advance.

High Season - July, August and September:
During this time, a 2 night minimum applies. If availability permits, the Innkeepers may be able to make an exception.

Deposit Policy
 A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation (1, 2 or 3 night stays require deposit in full). The balance is charged 13 days prior to arrival. Unless you contact us regarding a change in payment, we will charge the balance to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
 All cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee. 

A 14-day advance cancellation notice must be given in order to receive a refund of your deposit less the $35 processing fee. All cancellations received 13 days or less from the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. However, for each night of the cancelled stay that we can rebook, your deposit per night will be refunded less the $35 processing fee. Reservations changed from a 2-night stay to a 1-night stay will result in a charge for both nights.

 Parking Policy
 Off-street guest parking is free of charge. Isaiah Clark House is not responsible for items left inside or on vehicles.

 Lost and Found Policy
 Forgotten items will be cheerfully returned for the cost of postage.
