Steve and Philomena - thank you so much. I felt completely at home and I will treasure this time always. 5/07 Actor Stacey Dash

Hill Street Blues - Doogie's Dad - Philomena and Steve - just great! Actor James Sikking

As my need for escape involves truly getting away...from the phones, from idle chitchat and the need to "make nice" (you know what I mean), I typically stay in big hotels where being a number means you get to be anonymous. After calling Isaiah Clark on a whim, and being persuaded by Innkeeper Steve to give it a try, I have to admit it: I'm a convert. Isaiah Clark has enough space to give you just that - room to breathe - and when you're done, you can hang out with other guests, relax on the deck with a good book or go puttering around in town. Seriously, they won me over to such a degree that I'll be back every year. 9/07

We stayed at the Inn on 4th and 5th October 2007 and found the experience faultless. The owners were helpful but not intrusive hosts, the Inn is immaculately decorated in period style, with lots of nice little touches everywhere. Breakfast lovely. We highly recommend it, and wish we had stayed longer. Brewster is a very convenient location in the mid-Cape and the Inn is a short drive from lovely sandy beaches, woods and restaurants. 10/07

We have recently returned from our vacation in the Cape Cod area. We had the good fortune to stay at the Isaiah Clark House, located in Brewster for a period of 5 nights. July 1 - 6, 2007 (this was my second visit to this location). This Bed & Breakfast offers a wonderful location with all the charm & expectations of a typical Cape Cod house. Although this house was built in the late 1700's it is in immaculate condition and the decor in all the rooms are fitting to the style of the house. Each floor offers you a "common area" for reading, playing cards or chess/checkers. Each room has a television, clock radio, large dressers and a closet for your clothing. The grounds are well kept and offer you a beautiful deck/patio with chaise loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing on the Cape. Our hosts, Steve & Philomena (the new owners) take pride in their new business and have kept up the traditional values left by the previous owners. We wish them all the success in the years to come. Philomena's breakfasts were delicious with a different one each morning consisting of quiche, pancakes, french toast & waffles, along with homemade blueberry & raspberry syrup. There is a refrigerator where you can leave your water, soft drinks, wine, beer and any other perishable food items. Also there are glasses (wine & beverage) and cutlery for your use. During your stay, you will practically have "free run of the property" and you can come and go as you please. You are provided a key to your room and the "main door" in the event you come home late. For the money, this location offers it all, good location, excellent accommodations and friendly owners. I would recommend the Isaiah Clark House to all.

The innkeepers are very friendly and offered excellent recommendations for dining. If you want to visit all of the Cape, it is a central location. Peaceful, beautiful backyard gardens with lots of birds. 5/08

We spent four nights and thought we were in a different world. The time there was one of the greatest vacations we have had. 10/07

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Inn but wish we had stayed longer. The Isaiah Clark House is just lovely. We especially liked the period furnishing, decor and lots of nice touches. This is more than just bed & breakfast...there are 2 guest lounges, access to a refrigerator and a lovely garden. Steve and Philomena were very helpful, and breakfasts were delicious. Brewster is a good location, close to beaches, great restaurants and other Cape attractions. This Inn was the best place we stayed during two fantastic weeks in New England, in October 2007.

My wife and I spent four nights at the Isaiah Clark House during our two-week honeymoon to New England. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a beautifully landscaped yard with a wood deck off the back overlooking the garden. For anyone interested in reading or games, the guesthouse is very cozy and inviting. Our room exceeded our expectations with beautifully appointed furniture and an updated bathroom. We spent the first day of our stay enjoying our room, while recovering from the amazing breakfast (French Toast with fresh blue berry puree). Each morning we received a different gourmet breakfast with fresh fruit and pastry. Philomena and Steve were very knowledgeable about the area and eager to help in anyway. All in all we had a peaceful stay at the Isaiah Clark House and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cape. 8/07

Isaiah Clark House in Brewster provided well above expected service for our 3 day stay. Courteous efficient service throughout. Immaculate, clean room with facilities well beyond those expected. A superb b&b in a lovely location. ICH to be recommended! 8/07

We thoroughly had a great experience. Our room was very comfortable and the service (Steve) was great! This was one of the best B&Bs we have been to. Plenty of parking, the food was fantastic and the service top-notch. We would stay again without hesitation. We highly recommend you give the Clark House a try. Close to great dining and the beaches. Thank you. 8/07
